We can follow all the phases planned for a line’s design. From economic and technical feasibility to work supervision, we offer a series of services that help us look after all the details of a project.
Lasers have a large range (over 100 metres), they work in the harshest environmental conditions, they acquire high-resolution points and they require the use of fewer members of staff. The scans are precise, detailed and comprehensive.
The result of a 3D scanner survey is the “point cloud”, a 3D representation of the surveyed points with the respective x, y and z coordinates. The “point cloud” can also be “coloured” with objects’ actual RGB values (while also acquiring photographic images) or with the reflectance values (therefore obtaining greyscale images or with coloured maps).
Our 3D laser scanner has a range of 130 m, it can acquire up to one million points per second and it can be used by just one operator. The possibility of carrying out a complete scan (360° horizontally and 320° vertically) helps obtain a series of geometric information on the points and reflectivity of the surface in just one survey.
